Maybe you have come to the conclusion, whether you’re a leader or not, that oddly, “People are weird” at work. Yet, what does this mean and why is that the reality?

As I read his article, I couldn’t believe he was really “saying the quiet part out loud,” and I say this is as a fellow “weird” person myself, as many I’ve worked with would boldly attest, to my great dismay and displeasure.
